Build & Bloom Blog Hop- 4 simple projects using the Love Notes DSP

Hello and Welcome to Build & Bloom Blog hop for 2026 I can not believe it 2026 all ready where did 2025 go . I am part of a blog hop group where we have a theme each month and we make a project and then come here and share the creativity and you can jump around to the other people in the hop as well.

This month Theme is Friendship and Love so I have created some projects to do with Love which is perfect for valentines day.

The first project I have made is a card which the measurments are :

Basic white Thick – 14.9cm x 10.5cm , Love Notes DSP – 10.5cm x 14.9cm

Cut out the sentiment using the square peice in the DSP.

My next project is a little Bag

The measurements for the bag is 2 sheet of 6×6 and score 3 sides at 1 inches and the 4 side at 3/4 of and inch and then cut 2 corners of the one of the DSP and the 2 of the side but not fully off the other DSP ( See video ) and then cut a little bit of card stock to make the bottom a bit stronger.

The Next project is a little tag to attach on to a cello bag with mini treats in

The measurement is

DSP 7.5cm x 13cm

Trim down both bits from the DSPpack to leave a little border around the DSP and then add some ribbon to finish of .

My Last project is a little Gift box which is perfect for treats or some small square cards

The measurements for this box is :

Cardstock -16cm x 28cm score on the long side 4,12,16,24 cm and then on the short side at 4cm ,12cm

DSP panel- 7.5cm x 7.5cm

trim the sending hug from the love notes DSP to desired length to finish it off .

Here are some more examples of some cards i have made using the DSP alone as well and a some basic white and some twine as well .

Please check out the video below on how to make the box and the mini bag for you all .
